All payments are non-refundable. We recommend sending someone to take your spot if you cannot make it.
Each table is to have 1 Company. Those showcasing more than 1 will be asked to purchase another table, or leave without refund. Brides make their way through the entire room, there are no table spots that are better than others, do not request a different spot. Stay in your assigned spot, choosing your own spot is not permitted, unless otherwise told by The Coordinator, or her Assistants. There are 50 tables spaces available in total. Due to the capacity of this large Location, we will be capping the number of each profession at 3, but photography at 5 as there are so many different styles and skills. Direct selling Companies will be capped at 1 for each company, but we will allow competing companies (ex: Scentsy, and Jewellery in Candles would both be allowed).
We ask all participating vendors to be professional and respectful of other vendors and attendees. Anything less will not be tolerated. Bring your own food, some Refreshments will be provided by The Club at Bondhead.
Swag bags & Draw
We hand out 50 swag bags, so bring something for each bag! There will be a draw for a few Lucky Brides. If you would like to donate an item or gift certificate for this please email firstname.lastname@example.org
