The cost includes:

  • Your table, black tablecloth- if requested, – you may bring your own table (no discount)
  • a small portion of fee is for promotion of event, radio, newspaper, social media and flyers.
  • You also get a 1 year listing on Love Weddings Canada. – audience 5,000-7,000/mo. It takes a few minutes to set up, but you will be glad you did. Promote yourself through us all year long! (blog, directory, social media)
  • Vendors are listed on the Wedding show page on the website
  • Spotlight on our Social Media – That you will be at the show, on top of the posts associated with your listing
  • Bring promo cards/coupons/samples in swag bags for the first 50 attendees, the bags and time putting them together is also included in the cost.

How to sign up?

1. Read and fill out the Vendor Contract – This digital contract form must be submitted to claim your spot at the show.

2. Come back to this page (scroll down) and choose a table and package listing option by clicking the button below the option you prefer. You can then choose between 3 Listing options – Table is included in pricing.

3. Create a login (you will be prompted to do this after choosing a listing, so you can log in at anytime and change your listing), if you don’t see the verification email – check your spam/ junk folder, then verify and login (Make sure you have clicked the wedding show option you’d like).

3. Create your listing – Add info and photos, select your location, and SUBMIT. You will be redirected to…

4. Payment Options. You may pay via etransfer (option and info listed), or by Paypal (they also accepts credit cards).
